TAMPA BOUDOIR | NAKED AND LAUGHING

Miss A’s Boudoir shoot in our Tampa studio was so much fun and I just loved working with her. She is so beautiful, inside and out.

Why did you do your boudoir shoot?

Two reasons. I had recently lost a large amount of weight and my confidence was high but I had never envisioned doing a boudoir photoshoot before. So I did it to push myself.

But I did it too to show that woman of all shapes and sizes are beautiful. I’ll never be a size 2 or 4 or even a 10 - but my size 14 is just as beautiful as a size 22 or a size 2. And I wanted to push woman to feel beautiful no matter what.

What was your favorite part of the session?

My favorite part was the candid conversations between us. I was extremely nervous in the beginning but by the end of the shoot I was naked and laughing.

What did doing this shoot do for your self confidence, self worth, and self image? Tell me your story.

The confidence I had leaving there that day was a million times more than I had walking in that morning. And even higher after I had my reveal!

I had recently lost over 120 pounds and although I felt pretty with clothes on - I didn’t feel sexy, especially naked or in lingerie. I was worried about my stretch marks, rolls on my stomach, my cellulite, and some saggy skin. But! After my reveal, I was like “Damn Ashley, you’re sexy as hell!” It was a confidence they captured perfectly and showed me that I actually had!

Now, Anytime I feel less than I did that day of my reveal, I look at my photos and remind myself I am confident, I am sexy, and I am fierce!

Was your experience what you were expecting? If not, how was it different?

Leading up to the shoot, I didn’t know what to expect honestly but I didn’t expect the treatment and love I was shown! From hair and makeup to the actual shoot itself - it was hands down nothing I had ever experienced and to be honest it’s something I think every woman should experience at some point in their life. I felt comfortable and brave!

What was the best part of your experience? Would you change anything?

If you had asked me before my reveal, I would have answered the best part was towards the end when I had the confidence to go topless and then full nude. Hands down that was a direct reflection of how comfortable and sexy Patty made me feel.

But now that I’ve had my reveal, the best part was the reveal! It gave me an even greater Confidence of myself. The hardest part was picking the pictures I wanted, because they were all amazing!
